Jill Kerwick

Kerwick's artistic practice has migrated from the painting in oils of landscapes, portraits, interiors, and imaginary scenarios, to the contriving of elaborate semi-surreal tableaux incorporating paintings, photographs, porcelain ladies head vases, and other elements.

"Her newer work is more whimsical, and requires the use of the computer and Photoshop," said Donnelly. "I love the fact that her dad's work gets showcased and that her actual body is part of the finished product."

Kerwick earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Moore College of Art in 1978, and later received her Master's from New York University.
